Chubb underwritter interview questions

It was 15 years ago, so I don't recall the details. I had coffee with the Zonal VP and was offered a position the next day. I need to fill 30 words to be able to use glassdoor

It started with a phone interview that lasted around 10 minutes. Behavioural questions, mostly. Then, I met with multiple team leaders in person. 30 mins with the first two persons, 30 mins with more senior managers. It was a mix of typical questions ( what should you work on, etc. ) and weirder questions ( one of us is an alien, who is it and why ).
