My first interview was over lunch with VP and Underwriting Manager. I was called back for interviews with department underwriters, assistances, HR and head office managers. The interviews were 15 minutes each, totalling 2 1/2 hours with 10 individuals. The staff was friendly and openly discussed work flow, job experience, and company culture.
