Capital One Financial Analyst interview questions

Started with a simple phone call with the recruiter, he liked my resume and booked me a flight out 2 weeks later to Richmond, VA. 5 interviews and a campus tour over the course of a day. First interview was with a kid 2 years into the roll, very casual. Remaining 4 were with different Finance VPs, interviews were all over the place, solved financial equations with some and others were more like the usual "tell me about a time you.. etc." questions. Overall very corporate feel, not surprised I didn't get the job, I didn't fit their cookie cutter big state school profile.

I was contacted by LinkedIn. The recruiter was helpful and friendly. I had an initial phone screening with him, but was not selected to the next stage. The hiring manager decided to pursue other candidates.
