I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capita (Wath upon Dearne, England) in Sep 2013
Interview
Fairly good. Easy going. Started with "Why you want to work for Capita?" and continued on towards examples of customer service roles that I have held in the past and so on. Answered some of my examples and then they asked me "How would I get there on time every time?" as it was pretty far away, around 2 hours from home.

Interview
One on one, telephone interview then had a another at the site, good experience, I was nervous but they were really friendly, they asked some tough questions. A lot of the main questions were expected nothing out of blue, had practised a lot of the questions, friendly experience and I would recommend them.
