Capita interview questions

I got a phone call and later i had video interview. Lady that talked to me asked couple of question about my experience and left the meeting saying that she will contact me. She never did.

They organized a phone call with a date and time but never called me. I followed up with email AND filling a form online and never heard of them back after a day. Absolutely disrespectful. I can just imagine what working here would look like. Good riddance.
