Capita interview questions

Gave me possible feedback throughout the interview on my answers but did not hire me. I question what exactly I did incorrectly not to get the role; they said someone answer one question better then me but could not tell me what question and why? they would look into it and contact me back. I had no response. I tried to contact them by phone and email on multiple occasions, but I was ignored by the recruiter. In the interview, I was told how strong and experienced I was as a team leader. I was also told if there were 2 roles, I would have been offered a role. They asked me to reapply for another role and contact them to be fast-tracked for an interview, which I did, and I never heard from them again. I am no further forward to what I did not to get the job. for a company of their size, its very disappointing.

Interview was over Microsoft teams, lovely interview, felt very welcoming and non judgmental. Didn’t have to wait long for feedback which was great. Did have to do a speed typing test which was simple to navigate.
