Interview
I submitted my CV personally to the receptionist and i was told that it would be sent to HR and if anything came up for the call centre they would be in touch. I then had a call two days before my interview telling me my CV had been picked up on the job board and they were very impressed to see me if i was free for an interview so i spoke to Caroline and she kindly arranged the interview for me and sent me all the relevant forms to fill in for the correspondence i had to take and my references and i had the interview in October and the interview was friendly and informative and very relaxed and i was really comfortable with the whole process , not nervous at all. it was with the head of the contact centre and his team manager and he was very nice and i was interviewed for half an hour with some questions on my experience and personality and then i took a test for 50 minutes doing Maths, Literacy , and IT questions of which you can use a calculator to help you and it was ok mostly common sense questions but very much directed towards the role .
