First interview with Sr Manager, Global Technical Support and a Sr Analyst. Good smooth conversational interview.
Second interview. Invite sent for 2 different days, 2 different times, and a different person mentioned in the invite. Recruiter said it was a split interview. Invite mentioned interviewing with the same people as before. When I hopped on the first of the 2, someone completely different was on the Teams video. Don't recall his name, but he was director level. Interview went well.
2nd half of split interview was cancelled by the recruiter with no reason stated. Throughout the week I attempted to get an update from recruiter. 4 text messages and an email later I received the rejection letter.
Very unprofessional of the recruiter. She refused to even speak with me, even if there was not an update. This is what people are referring to when they say they got ghosted. She did not represent Calamp in a good light.
Their loss. My experience and background would have been very beneficial for Calamp and myself.
I will not seek any additional opportunities with Calamp, primarily due to the unprofessional conduct of the recruiter. She could not even properly manage sending out interview invites. What a joke.
