CPM International Contact Centre interview questions

Really easy interview process short and sweet. The interview style is very relaxed and the interviewers are very nice. I had an inital telephone interview was me just explaining my experience and them telling me about the job and also asking generic telesales.

Group interview, 6-7 people. Really professional but also very welcoming. Helped us get comfortable - got us talking about ourselves briefly - presentations around the room. Fun fact about ourselves, future goals - and then activities. As a sales role, we had to make up a product and pitch it. Couple other similar activities like that to see if we were comfortable speaking to groups of people. Got a call that afternoon for the job offer.
