Describe a sitaution where you had a deal with a difficult customer
One on one interview with the HR. Very casual and friendly. Assured me not to be nervous, just standard procedure and ask me some standard questions. Why CIBC, Prior customer service experience. Experience of dealing with irate customers. Your goals in 5 years. Very conversational, in the end offered me another opportunity and I decided to take it.

Interview
Two interviews - one on the phone, next at the branch. Lots of customer service questions. A pretty decent interview. Manager was friendly, and positive during the interview. I felt positive that they wanted to hire me. Asked to see my degree after the interivew, however a degree was not listed in the job requirements.
