- In-person interview was 1-1 with a hiring manager (approximately 30-45 min). Asked a series of questions (eg. previous customer service experience, why CIBC etc.) and included a role-play scenario. Hiring manager was pleasant and friendly during the interview and great with follow-up post-interview.
- Background check was done by BackCheck. Asked for employment verification, performance references, etc.

Interview
Phone interview, HR interview, branch manager interview with HR manager, and then they'll run a background check. A fast turnaround period would be 2 weeks but I was told it could go up to even a couple of months. The HR manager are extremely professional.
