Interview
Applied through a recruitment agency and got the job after the interview. The Manager interviewing for the role was very understanding. She asked difficult questions and wanted to evaluate my personality and the kind of skills I bring to the table. Since she was impressed with what I had to offer the team and was looking for the exact skill set I had, she offered me the job.

Interview
I initially applies online. Later I got a phone screening interview followed by an in person interview. Finally I had an interview with the manager I would work with. All interviews focus on trying to find whether or not you are fit for the position. If you have the necessary skills, then you should be alright. Just prepare well by reading the job description and your own resume.
