CIBC interview questions

Phone call. About 15 minutes. Very straight-forward and to the point. Applied first through a college website for co-op positions for my business program. Then got a scheduled time for the call and took the call about a week later. Was offered the position 3 days after the call

I got a phone interview two months after applying. The interviewed was by the team lead. Questions are all behavioral. Not one technical question. I asked the team lead some questions about the team in the end. I received the offer on the same day of the interview date.
