Interview
The first interview is face to face with the recruiter in the office for 30 minutes. It is very detailed and mostly tasks/behavioral questions. The recruiter is friendly and I'm waiting for the second interview with the branch soon.

Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
