Interview
I applied online, did a phone interview with HR, and HR recommended my resume to the branch level, I received a call from a manager for a face-to-face interview. There were two managers. Interview experience was ok overall. They just really concerned about if you can work for them longer and language that you speak based on the location of the branch.

Followed by 1:1 with hiring manager - impressed by questions asked and ability to build rapport

The recruiter called me and said you have an interview so go get them! I did and had a great interview. A lot of the questions focused around report development and performance design.
They were concerned that I had too much managment experience and a six month contract might be "beneath" me. Damn for what they were paying I would do anything
