I have applied on line for customer service representative. it was for 15 hours a week. At first they did phone screen where they were asking questions about my previous experience with customers and some situations

First, the recruiter emailed me to schedule a phone interview and then face to face with the branch manager. The in branch interview was basically the same questions as in the phone interview.

phone interview, then met both assistant manager and branch manager in person. nice person there which make me relax and comfortable. mostly behavior questions, walked though the resume interact with them
