CIBC interview questions

I was recruited by the CIBC HR staff and contacted through LinkedIN. I had one phone call interview with the HR department, followed by one in-person interview by the hiring manager. The hiring manager hired me on the spot, pending background and licence checks. All went well and I started in a few weeks.

The application process is pretty standard for a Bank. After sending off my application I received an e-mail for a face to face interview. After the interview, I heard back with their decision about a week later.
