CIBC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Drop resume 3days after got an interview on Wednesday Told me give call end of that week No call. send an email they told me I'm next level of processing. Next week no call again. Email them again they told me I'm being considered. Will give me a call end of that week again. No call again 3weeks already I email them they say still same thing being considered. They don't know when do I get the hiring process I think I didn't get hired. don't like the processing they told me I'm next level of the job processing and no email or no call Been more then a month. Gave up their job.

First an online questionnaire needed to be completed, then a phone interview with an hr recruiter who asked behavioural questions, then an in person interview where it was a mix of behavioural and sales based questions from two senior officials
