first round was just a phone screen. then an interview for behavioral questions. then a technical one. I did not make it further than this so i would not know what the next step wouldve been.

I've completed the interview process, and everything concluded with the understanding that I would receive a response within two weeks. However, it's now been over two weeks, and I've received neither an offer nor a rejection letter. This not only significantly dampens the enthusiasm of candidates but also comes across as extremely rude
