CIBC Financial Service Representative interview questions

They first do a quick phone interview with some basic questions then you come in for an in person interview which was about 20 minutes. Questions were straight forward and easy but you do have to "sell" a credit card to the person interviewing you .

HR in the phone is extremely warm and friendly. We went through resume and couple behavioural questions. There was some silence during the interview due to the typing, which the HR mentioned in the beginning.
