Interview
I got an referral, then was interviewed by HR on the phone. Manager called me a week later to schedule an in person interview. Met with on-boarding manager and branch manager. I was not informed that I was going to be interviewed with the branch manager as well, so that was a small surprise. Went on for a bit longer than half an hour.

I was asked to role-play, where the manager pretended to be a student customer and I was supposed to sell her a CIBC card. Was given 5 minutes to prepare and study the CIBC card brochure.

Interview
The HR lady gave me an approximate 30 mins telephone interview. It's basically regarding to your personal characters, your previous working experience. And for the former one, usually they would require you to give examples relative to prove your personality or your skills. In the end of the interview, I got a chance to ask them back about what my concern would be about this position as well as my expectation.
