They will review your resume and cover letter. Then they will call or email you to schedule the interview date and time (this is one on one with the branch’s manager). There would be a second round which would be with HR department (I was able to skip this round and got the offer immediately)

Interview
I had an interview with two general managers involving general conversation to show how I would fit with the other employees and with cash management. There were also about 6 defined questions that had to be asked and answered, but they felt a little less weighted than the conversation. It lasted 3 hours and I heard back from them in 20 minutes.

I got referred so I didn't apply online, however after I received the call i had a phone interview. Very nice and just getting wind of my personality. Once I got through that I had an in person interview
