CIBC Analyst interview questions

I had an interview with someone in the internal consulting team but the interviewer didn't turn on his video. Many questions were about communication and how to react when others challenged your decisions.

The interview process: Submitted resume then got a phone interview from the team, during the phone interview the hiring manager will introduce the background information about the team and the role, and ask you questions (about 30 minutes)
