I initially applies online. Later I got a phone screening interview followed by an in person interview. Finally I had an interview with the manager I would work with. All interviews focus on trying to find whether or not you are fit for the position. If you have the necessary skills, then you should be alright. Just prepare well by reading the job description and your own resume.

Perhaps answered an online personality questionnaire first. It was to select a description that fits your personality. Answer with honesty. Then, contacted by a HR staff via Phone. Once passed, you'll be asked for an interview with a team leader at the office. Detailed instruction will be provided via email.

one phone interview, interview with branch manager, interview with hr manager, easy standard questions, pleasant recruiters, comfortable environments did not make me feel stressed. behavior questions, mostly oriented towards being able to sale because that was the main interest for the certain position. just leave an impression of confident individual able to communicate with different profiles of clients and convince them to buy a product.
