Interview
Starts with a phone interview asking basic background questions. Then proceeds to in-person interview that is focused on behavioural questions and some case study type questions. The process is a bit longer than usual (took about a month for me).
An easy going informal interview where everyone was very straightforward with their point of view, expectations and intentions. Great explanation of the work environment specific to this office location and the culture at the company. Large range of charity events and seemed supportive for staff to participate in a variety of functions in and outside of work hours. Encouraged further education in any field of interest, not just tied down to one.
