ByteDance Project Manager interview questions

I am surprised to learn that the interview is in Chinese, and it ended after 3 mins because I am not business fluent in the language. Whether in communication with the recruiter or reading about the job post, there is no sign of language requirement for this role. The ability to speak and write Chinese fluently at work will be the requirement as long as you work or need to communicate with the China team. According to the official site, one of Bytedance's cultures is "Champion Diversity & Inclusion". I am really not sure how true is this.

First part great and interviewer was fantastic engaging in conversation - second interviewer was not great - seemed like they had determined the outcome before even starting which led to an unpleasant interview experience
