Pretty standard interview process, CV submission followed by a quick call with a recruiter before you are invited to the online assessment centre. This is where the difficulty kicked in and I found some of the questions difficult to answer.

5 Interviews spanning 5 months just to be told that i am overqualified... Seriously time waster... It should have been filtered at resume stage if I'm overqualified. Why waste every one's time including the interviewers time for something that could easily been filtered without a single interview. Speak volumes on their SOP and processes.
Very smooth process with three rounds of interview. First one is with your direct leader, second round with the colleague from other team. The last round will be with the HRBP discussing about your expected salary and compensation.
