The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com
Interview
They approached me. Never got back. Rude and unprofessional. This job has been advertised on and off for the last year. Strange. Booking.com is not a good company to eeal with.

Question 1
I was asked if I had html and css skills. My linked in profile provides that information
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Booking.com in Sep 2015
Interview
I applied online with a cover letter and a resumé. Few days later a recruiter contacts me for schedule a Phone Interview. The first step was the Phone Interview with a IT Sourcer. He asked me about my experiences, skills, why work in Booking etc. It was a very pleasant conversation. He decided to pass me to the second step, a Technical Phone Interview. The Interview was conducted by 2 members of design team. They asked me about my design process, experiences and skills. I was prepared for the interview, but my english conversations were not the way I wanted. In this step is very important talk everything you know about design process, A/B test and Front-end skills.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Booking.com
Interview
The initial phone screen was great. The second interview was a little bit trickier. I agree with everyone else that provided feedback. They are not looking for a UX designer but rather a front-end developer (which is probably why their site is so crappy).
After 10 years of experience being a UX designer, if you want to be a front-end developer, go through the interview process. If you want to be a UX designer, do not waste your time.
