There were a LOT of phases, a few too many but I get that they are looking for the right fit so there were various steakholders involved and not just the hiring manager and team members.

Applied online and got an email for a phone interview the next day.
Scheduled the phone interview 2 days after I got the email.
Normally a phone interview with any other company is no more than 30 minutes. This phone interview took over an hour! When she sent the calendar invite for our interview, it was only stated for 30 minutes. After the 45 minute mark, I rushed my answers because I took the call on my 30 minute lunch break.
It was a great experience to connect with the recruiter although, I didn't get the offer.
Just for future candidates they should let them know the phone interview will be over an hour.

There are mostly 4 rounds, partially f2f, video call, and phoneconversation. Mixing up teams and business and diversify the panel. It was a positive conversation, where I connected multiple times with the recruiter
