Booking.com Language Specialist interview questions

I was asked various questions about my previous experience in translation, localization, as well as about my personal traits, for example, whether I am a team player, how I would deal with criticism from my boss, what would I do if I see that I don't meet a deadline etc. That was rather interesting. I was interviewed by a language team leader from the Moscow office and we also had a conference call with a lady from the European office.

Straightforward process; starts with phone screening with a recruiter; then there is a test to do at home and 2 face to face interviews; it was a pretty standard procedure
