process is not very quick. Got an invitation to a first call with a recruiter after couple weeks of applying, after that I went to the next round with two senior employees. The recruiter and the instruction mail was very clear and said that the first interview would cover project management and organisational skills and the second interview would cover the knowledge area, so that is what I prepared for. However during the interview the senior employees where all over the place and didn't came across very senior or experienced in doing interviews. We mostly talked about the knowledge domain instead, which was disappointing because it was not what I expected. I had to actively chase the recruiter to check the status instead of them following up with me.

They were very helpful throughout the process and sent me a guideline email with clear instructions and important details. This made everything easier to understand and helped me know exactly what steps to take next.
Great, They asked some simple question about my experience and after each part some follow up question. That is important you have some example and use STAR method to answer. I am waiting for result.
