Third interview with the area manager and team lead presenting a case study.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Booking.com (Atenas, , Ática)
Interview
I applied online and received an email from the recruiter after one month. The whole process took 2 months and involved a 30'call with the recruiter, an 1h competency and role playing interview and an 1h Business Case presentation. Although the whole process seemed to be going smoothly and I was receiving great feedback and made it to the last stage, they finally ghosted although I tried to reach the recruiters several times. The biggest issue for me is that the do not know what they are looking for in their candidates: the role demanded only soft skills based on the job posted but they were acting like they would hire senior management. The attitude and the whole approach of the managers was very unreasonable and seemed toxic. For me it's a no.
