I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Auckland, ) in Feb 2022
Interview
The first stage of the interview is a casual call with an in-house recruiter. The next stage is an hour long interview with two heads of state. Then the next stage is another one hour interview with heads of the area. Both of these interviews were conducted well. Overall interview process was a month. After this, completely GHOSTED. No feedback even after sending two follow up emails.
"We take feedback very seriously. Your recruiter will collect feedback from your interviewers and be in touch with you within a week to discuss the outcome. In general, you should hear back from your recruiter within a week from your interview"
