Boeing Systems Engineer interview questions

Online video Interview with the recruiters. They mostly want to know about the skills and experience the applicant has which is relevant to the job requirements. They also want to know about career goal, safety etc.

They asked a series of questions assessing my aptitude, problem solving abilities, and interpersonal communication habits within team settings. The interviewers largely followed the STAR methodology within their questions. There was an initial screening interview by phone and then a single in-person interview.
