I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Portland, OR) in Mar 2023
Interview
I applied online and got a phone call about three weeks later to set up a panel interview. The panel interview was done virtually they asked 5 behavior type questions about how I had handled situations in the past. They use the STAR method. I was emailed a brochure that outlined their process and what to expect. A few days after the interview, I heard back didn't get the job but enjoyed the process. Everyone was friendly.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Daytona Beach, FL) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process was very straight forward. There were about 3-4 people on the phone call out of Seattle. The interviewer was very nice and accommodating. It was about a 5-10 minute phone call.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Boeing (Long Beach, CA)
Interview
There was a call with a couple gentlemen and it felt significantly more bland and off-putting than most interviews I've been in. This was during covid, and I turned my camera on, which was appreciated. The interviewers felt distant, but upon speaking to the hiring manager after accepting an offer it seems that that is the norm for such a large company.
