Boeing Project Management Specialist interview questions

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Boeing Bangalore. Interview took 2 days.Standard behavioral interview. Lots of "tell me about a time..." questions. Interviewer was transcribing answers onto paper with STAR format, so important to articulate each part of answer. (Situation, Task, Action, Result) Interviewer also gave “lifeline” where if you did not like the question asked, they would give you another one in the same category.

Structural interview - Situation, Action, Result. 45-60 minutes. Make sure to have many good working examples to share. Usually one interview only. The recruiter is pretty much useless and should always go directly to the hiring manager.
