Boeing Mechanical Design Engineer interview questions

I had one interview with an HR person and one with my potential manger and lead. They were both over the phone. They were mostly questions about how I dealt with difficult situations and difficult people to work with. No technical questions but this was for an entry level engineer. I've heard it's a similar situation for higher level positions though.

The interview was very structured with situational questions on past experiences. They asked 4 - 6 situational questions varying from working with team members to managing projects. It ended with a puzzle kind of question that helps them get an idea of how you problem solve.
