I was first contacted by the hiring manager, as well as the HR department, to confirm an on-site interview. It consisted of two managers and two associate team members. Each asked one standard behavioral question for a total of four questions. I would suggest preparing your answers beforehand for some standard behavioral questions from your past experiences and cater them according to the job description. Fro example, if there is a communication tab under the job description, be prepared for a question like, "Describe a time when you used your communication skills to resolve a problem at work." Overall, the interview lasted about an hour. The hiring manager said he would call back within a week, but have not heard anything as of yet.
