Question 1
Tell us why you believe you could succeed in this position
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2010
Interview
Boeing has taken significant effort to make the hiring process equal for all applicants. The 'good 'ol boy' network is there, but no where near how it used to be. Jobs are applied for online, and easy to search for. Interviews stay pretty much along the lines of the job posting; no surprises,

Question 1
Tell me about a time you led a group through a change in their everyday software tools?
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing in Nov 2011
Interview
The process was very structured. The interviewers we almost exclusively concerned with the answers following the previously specified structure than they were about the actual content and the skills/background they communicated. After the interview I was told that they had no doubt that I would perform the job very well, but that I was not selected because my answers didn't follow the "situation-action-result" structure well enough.
