You are given a specific question to answer when or how you performed a certain task. You must provide detail on your experience and what the results or outcome was.

This application covers topics such as education, employment and unemployment history, export control, etc. The next step in the process is to answer 50-80 item questionnaire. The question are not technical in nature, they only ask what u would do in certain situations, if you work well with others, etc. If you perform well on the questionnaire the next step of the process is the interview. Win them over in the interview and you will have yourself a great job.
