I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Boeing (La Jolla, CA)
Interview
Emailed the recruiter my resume, through a referral, immediately got an interview. Went to interview on campus at my career center and met the region recruiter, and another woman involved in the hiring process. The interview was quite relaxing, and there was a lot of casual conversation involved. They only asked me 4 simple questions with the intention of me expanding on each one. They ask a few follow up questions. The wait to hear back from Boeing is excruciating. For classmates of mine, they waited only a few weeks to get rejected, I am still waiting and it's been about 4 months.

Question 1
I would say, it was the easiest interview I've ever been to.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Dubai) in Feb 2013
Interview
The interview was of two parts. First part was of behavioral interview questions and the second part writing a short business essay. Now the interview was a panel of two people, kind of tough and the questions were competitive but the interviewers were more than nice and friendly as well as cooperative. All time was given to answer, you have the right to pause after they ask until you're ready to answer , they asked five questions one was general and the other four were related to past experiences which were not easy if you don't have a work experience background or even college activities.
