I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boeing (Tukwila, WA)
Interview
I thought the interview script was not adequate for interviewing for technical positions. It was too rigid and I was not not even asked any technical questions. There was even an HR representative in the room to make sure all questions were from the script. I don't feel like Boeing can really determine someone's technical knowledge based on the questions I was asked.

Question 1
I expected to be question more about the technologies I know and how I've used them. The interview seemed to be more geared towards personality and problem solving
Initial phone call to set up a date for a phone interview, followed by a very structured phone interview. You need to follow the STAR format when you answer all the questions (Situation-Action-Result), and be wary that they may be completely silent during the entire interview (aside from asking the questions). You also need to assume they do not have your resume in front of them while answering the questions.
Finally, I was invited for a very informal site interview which was mostly a tour and out-to-lunch, with a couple of basic questions. Make sure to ask a lot of questions while on the tour.
The process was quick. They interviewed me for roughly thirty minutes and asked about my interests and a couple technical questions. We both felt like it wasn't a good fit so we decided not to pursue anything.
