Boeing interview questions

The hiring process was very straightforward. It consisted of one interview at my college career center. The questions asked were mainly behavioral questions such as "tell me a time when." The interviewers didn't really allow for much small talk and didn't respond when you were answering a question. Be sure to know your experiences and be able to apply them to the aerospace industry. That is really important when looking at candidates.
