Boeing interview questions

Phone interview followed by a panel interview with up to four interviewers.

Lasted about 45 minutes with 6 interview questions in a group panel of 3 members.
 1). What makes you good candidate/ what prepared you for this position? 
2). Tell us a time when there was give/take in group members involved and what was the impact? 3). As a team worked together to find a common goal? Your role and what specifically you did? 
4). An example of a project where there was a hurdle, what you did/how you overcame it? 
5). An example of detailed project you were involved in and what you did? 
6). Took initiative to help the group or team towards a goal?
