I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Boeing (Pittsburg, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
On campus interview: First round - asked more behavior type of questions, like how do I handle myself in certain situations. What my technical background is in (types of programs I have used and for what reasons) The second round was a group interview. They gave us 5 min to work on the case by ourselves and 15 min to work with a group of 4 to discuss the case. Then we had 5 min to present our solution. The case was mainly a scheduling conflict within a team over a project, what do you do.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA)
Interview
Structured Interview. Four people doing the interview including an HR rep. Questions can have little to do with the job or work you will perform so I suggest you come with a long list of your own questions for the end of the interview.

Question 1
Questions are situational so come prepared to tell them about real life work situations that you rescued
The hiring process was very simple, I applied online by answering some questions and submitting a CV (no cover letter was required) and about 2 months later was contacted to arrange an interview. I was briefed about the placement position and then later emailed a date (having made it clear when I would be available) on which to conduct my interview.
