Boeing interview questions

In person interview with department manager and 2 team members. They each took turns asking questions using the STAR interview method, which focuses on behavioral questions. Not too challenging if you prepare ahead of time.

Phone interview with the hiring manager, which was fairly short and pretty basic. They asked typical interview questions, and not much else since I had just graduated from college at UW. I never went in for an in-person interview; they just emailed their offer letter to me through the recruiting agency and I was hired as a contractor.
