The Interview was quite tricky. You can rehearse for interviews but Boeing WILL ask you an obscure question you did NOT prepare for. This is how they weed out most of the candidates who interview for a position. The more interviews you get with them, the more exposure you will have to their obscure, out there questions.

What was a time you used a diverse perspective to complete a project?
I showed up, they didn't have cameras on, they talked about what they did, said they had to run, I asked if they had any questions, they asked what I like to do for fun...
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA) in Oct 2025

This was a School Career Fair Interview
- Structured (Same 4 questions for everyone on the same day)
-Four - Five different workers from different departments including HR team member
* A little intimidating with all the typing but overall great listeners and great team to work with

2. Zoom interview with 2 managers and 1 team lead
3. Receive offer within 2 weeks
Super moderate process. HR is in India and it could be sloppy a bit.
