I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Boeing in Sep 2010
Interview
I spoke individually on the phone with one woman, but she didn't so much ask me questions as try to figure out what I wanted to do and what particular job I was interested in. They then invited me to an interview, without specifying the exact details. The interview was on campus, so I didn't have to go anywhere. A panel of three interviewers asked me questions relating to my past work experience and experiences from college. The next night, I received a phone call and was asked to come to an additional meeting, where I received a job offer.

Question 1
Talk about a problem you had with a person and how you resolved it
Behavioral based questions, usually five. One is always a "tell me about yourself" question. The panel is busy writing notes and there isn't much eye contact. Nothing off script either.
I applied online. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA)
Interview
This was for an Entry-Level role. STAR format, 5 questions. Was asked about experience and difficult / pressure situations. Besides 5 STAR q's, a couple of yes/no questions e.g. "have you ever used tool X?"

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you solved a technical issue
A 5 questions virtual interview and then 3 psychometric games with Hire-Vue. The questions were quite difficult but there was about 1 minute to plan out your answer and practice. The games were pattern recognition and emotionally based. They outlined how to play each game before hand.
