Interview
There was a lot of miscommunication leading up to the interview where the facilitator is contacting through email, but is 12 hour difference in timezones so it takes over a full day for a simple answer. Then the department managers got my simple email address wrong and I missed info they were sending because they copy/pasted it wrong.

I showed up, they didn't have cameras on, they talked about what they did, said they had to run, I asked if they had any questions, they asked what I like to do for fun...

- Structured (Same 4 questions for everyone on the same day)
-Four - Five different workers from different departments including HR team member
* A little intimidating with all the typing but overall great listeners and great team to work with

Super moderate process. HR is in India and it could be sloppy a bit.
