Once selected for an interview by the hiring managers, I scheduled a phone interview through the staffing agency. Once the hiring managers and the staffing agency confirm the schedule of the interview, I'm reminded of the interview schedule. The hiring manager calls me, and introduce me to the specifics of what I'll be doing on the job, and then starts asking questions on my resume. After this phone interview, in two weeks, I find out if I get to move up in the hiring process. Lastly, the next step is an onsite interview, with a tour of the plant, and then an offer is extended to the candidates.
